REFUND POLICY: Refunds are only provided for cancelled events. Refunds can not be provided for failure to attend under any circumstance after payment has been made due to event planning requirements. This refund policy is for both online event ticket purchases as well as paid-by-check event purchases. Upon such an event cancellation, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
